Faced with changing needs and aging facilities, All Saints Parish retained RATCLIFF to create a phased master plan that will guide the future development and expansion of the campus. By combining an improved gymnasium with the new Family Ministries Building (formerly a vacant convent), the plan offers room for enhanced youth services.

New outdoor play areas located adjacent to the school are designed to improve physical fitness and education for all children of the parish. A “Heart of Campus” courtyard will provide a welcoming space for large fellowship events, while outreach services will be sited to best serve their clients. The new Parish Center, with flexible meeting spaces and offices for administrators, clergy and lay pastoral ministers, will accommodate a variety of ministry activities. This cohesive campus plan will address the diverse needs of the parish and surrounding community for many years to come.
