Designed to consolidate the arts, music, drama and movement programs at Prospect Sierra School, the 4,800 s.f. Fine Arts building represents both a new physical aesthetic and programmatic function for the upper campus of this private K-8 institution.

As you arrive to the new facility you are greeted by an outdoor performance plaza which serves as a backdrop for the building and also provides an acoustical and visual enclosure.  The building is sited on a plinth that serves as a stage and a distinctive elevation for the Fine Arts program. In the spirit of sustainability, the interior allows for flexibility of space and features a 150-seat auditorium with collapsible seating system.
