21st Century Learning for Science Learners at Notre Dame High School

Ratcliff and Notre Dame High School are currently working together to plan and utilize existing shelled space to create new and updated science classrooms, performing arts space, and two general classrooms on the Notre Dame campus. The scope of work also includes the renovation of their existing science classrooms. The program will include a department office and a shared conference room. Special attention will be made to utilize existing circulation areas for informal learning in small groups by positioning furniture and displays in strategic locations. Another design goal is to break down wall barriers by incorporating glass and openings between classrooms and circulation.
