UCSF Health Outpatient Center Receives ENR West's Best Project in Healthcare Award and Excellence in Sustainability

The Swinerton-Ratcliff team was honored to receive not only one, but two Engineering News Record (ENR) West’s Regional Best Projects Awards in Northern California for UCSF Health Peninsula Outpatient Center in Burlingame: Best in Healthcare and Excellence in Sustainability, in addition to being a Project of the Year Finalist. Selected by a distinguished group of AEC experts from a pool of 145 project entries, our entire project team is proud beyond measure to have their outstanding work acknowledged on such an esteemed stage. This achievement celebrates the innovative transformation of a cold shell speculative building into a state-of-the-art outpatient care facility, fitting a 100,000 square foot program within a 50,000 square foot space through exceptionally creative design and advanced technology solutions.
